#TruthBomb You cannot run your business like hobb #TruthBomb

You cannot run your business like hobby business and expect CEO results!

^ This is where the burnouts happen, when you're the "doing it all yourself" kind of business owner. You are wearing all the hats... You're the CEO, the graphics designer, web designer, legal expert, copywriter, coach, mom, driver, cleaner, wife, etc. You literally DO EVERYTHING!

Doesn't that sound absolutely exhausting?

Yes, it's scary to invest. Yes, I've been there. I've hired a team for myself and it scared the heck out of me! I have business coach, a graphics designer, web developer, and this year I plan to add on a Virtual Assistant, a house cleaner, and a lawyer on retainer:)

βœ…But wouldn't it be amazing if you just got uncomfortable to get more comfortable? What would happen if you made that shift today?

I know it feels amazing to do everything because I was that gal.. I refused to delegate and hire help because I didn't trust people. Not only that, but I didn't want to spend money on someone's services to only feel like I wasted my money.....or that I didn't make my investment back....or sign a contract afraid I wouldn't be able to pay themπŸ˜–

In order to be successful in your business YOU need to get uncomfortable.

- Talk about your services, people need to hear what you offer, and the confidence you have in what you provide.
- Invest in yourself, not only will is lift some of the weight off your shoulders, but it'll boost your success sooner! YES! Ask me about my results!!!
- And most of all.. You need to be constantly growing, which means, yes, you got it, pushing through your comfort zone and doing things that scare you!

"Basically your fear is like a mall cop who thinks he's a navy seal" -Elizabeth Gilbert

Be. Do. Have. In order to expand who you are in Be. Do. Have.

In order to expand who you are in this season.

You need DESIRE.

This was my ideal morning.

I desired it. I took action. I created it.

If you have no desire for what you're seeking you will have trouble acquiring it.

A lot of people desire wealth.

But if its wealth you're seeking there's really no desire attached to it.

Desire experiences.
Desire moments.
Desire freedom.
Desire expansion.

Desires are placed on your heart by God 🀍

God is leading you. Follow His lead.

If there is no desire then it may not be for you.

WHAT IS IT YOU DESIRE? πŸ’‹

Have a great day my friends,
Love always,

Bringing back my love for handwritten letters and Bringing back my love for handwritten letters and spent my morning writing Christmas letters β˜•πŸ”₯πŸŽ„

With Christmas lights on, fireplace going, and some music and crackling fire on the TV.

Life is beautiful, don't ever forget that.

Everyday is a NEW day, welcome it with a smile.

Have a beautifully blessed day my friends 🀍
Owning a business is amazing πŸ‘ But let's be h Owning a business is amazing πŸ‘

But let's be honest, it can be scary and hard.

The difference between an employee and entrepreneur entrepreneur is this.

A problem comes up. A BIG one! One that would lead to most feeling like a failure or wanting to quit.

πŸ‘‰The employee: Looks for a solution.
πŸ‘‰The entrepreneur: Looks for the opportunity.

When things have gone downhill with my business whether it be a failed payment, a dispute, my identity stolen, or even the decisions to let go of a client.

I ALWAYS took time to ACKNOWLEDGE....ASSESS....ACT πŸ‘β€

When something goes wrong in your business, take a moment think about it. What do you do? How do you handle it.

Do you go through those steps 3️⃣ steps?
Or do you go straight to the end and REACT? πŸ€”

One thing I've learned as a entrepreneur is to take a lot of time to step back and think.
